Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Since our products are handmade, there may be occasional delays to ensure the finest quality. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.
How can I track my order?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are currently shipped from the U.S. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $70.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at LILLY@AKTGROUPLLC.COM, and we will assist you promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to process the cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
What is your refund policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Most returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a Lilly & Luxe gift card.
